I ordered flowers a week ago from Expressions. While the store and display flowers were beautiful, the customer service was lacking. The sales girl did her best to help us make a decision on 2 boutonnières and a bouquet for prom. She seemed unsure of her job (no fault of hers) and had to ask the owner/florist about some of our questions. He was rude to her and simply would not come speak to us himself about our questions. Furthermore, we asked specifically for clips on the boutonnieres, but when we picked them up today noticed they had sewing pins instead. Along with that, they used two different shades of blue for the blue accents we requested, and one of the leaves fell out entirely. Luckily we were able to put it back in place. My bouquet is beautiful, but the flowers are very lightly browned in spots. Traditionally, boutonnieres are a closed rose, but when we received ours, they were fully open. We called the shop about them, where the guy told us they typically use open roses. This was not disclosed to us when we made the order. I used this place for my wedding bouquets they were able to work with me in my budget. Any other place I got quotes from were extremely high in price. Would definitely recommend for any flower needs.

I have to brag on Mr.Robert and everyone at Expressions! They have always done a fabulous job when making me floral arrangements but this time I had a very special request. I am pregnant with our fourth and final child and we have always done gender reveals for our friends and family but never personally for ourselves. After deciding on a bloom box I knew exactly where I needed to go! Mr.Robert was able to get my gender and make my dreams come true without even of a hint of our surprise and I am so thankful he took on my request. I was already a fan but they’ve just scored major, major points from me and my family. Thank you again Mr.Robert and all the sweeties at expressions for making our reveal so special. We will never forget it!! 🩷🩷🩷
